SAP Transformation Excellence Summit in Berlin

What are the costs to participate in the event?: Participation in the summit is free of charge. However, you will need to cover your own travel expenses and, if applicable, accommodation costs.
Will my registration to the conference be confirmed immediately?: Yes. Please note that registrations to the trainings will be confirmed within 48 hours.
How long will it take for you to check my registration to the trainings?: Please allow us at least 48 hours for this.
Where will the summit take place?: The summit will take place at STATION Berlin, Luckenwalder Str. 4–6, 10963 Berlin, Germany.
My registration on SAP Signavio was unsuccessful. Can I register via SAP LeanIX?: No, because SAP LeanIX and SAP Signavio are coordinating all registrations. If you have any questions about your registration, please feel free to contact the SAP LeanIX and SAP Signavio Global Events team at:

Can I cancel my registration?: If you can no longer attend the summit, we kindly ask you to notify the SAP LeanIX and SAP Signavio Global Events team (SAPLeanIXandSAPSignavioEvents@sap.com) so that we can offer a spot to potential participants on the waiting list.
When can I see the agenda?: Soon. We are working on the lineup of speakers and sessions that will make up the agenda, and you'll be able to see it in due course.
Will there be a livestream this year?: No, there will be no live stream this year. We have realized how important the personal connection with the participants is and are fully focusing on the on-site experience.
Are hotel rooms available for attendees?: Yes. While there is no hotel right at the venue, we have secured limited hotel rooms close to the venue. Please note the deadlines until the rooms can be booked.
