Peers Rate Enterprise Architecture Tools in Gartner’s Voice of the Customer

Written by Marion Richter | March 23, 2020

With so much noise surrounding digital transformation and the increasing complexity of IT, it’s easy for technology leaders to go astray in their search for best-fit vendors. For enterprise architecture (EA) tools, a growing industry with a diverse range of software providers, the selection process can be particularly confusing. That is what makes independent peer reviews invaluable.

Published in March 2020, we believe Gartner Peer Insights ‘Voice of the Customer’: Enterprise Architecture Tools is the industry’s most comprehensive resource for such reviews. The results of this research were compiled from more than 550 customer ratings of 14 different EA tool vendors over a 12-month period. Per our understanding, its findings are based on how customers rate the following factors:

  • Negotiating and purchasing experience
  • Overall implementation efforts
  • Satisfaction with the vendor’s product
  • Ongoing support and customer service

With the highest overall rating of 4.7 out of 5, LeanIX Enterprise Architecture Suite was rated at least 4 out of 5 by 90% of reviewers. These reviews were provided by IT leaders across the globe, in companies of all sizes and industries.

Gartner’s most recent findings come on the heels of two other significant distinctions for LeanIX. In October, the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider was recognized as a Visionary in the 2019 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Architecture Tools. Three months later, in February 2020, the company was named a Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for EA Tools. LeanIX is not only a top-rated solution, it is sustaining elite customer satisfaction levels during a period of hypergrowth.
