All information about your IT landscape is organized in LeanIX in so-called Fact Sheets. A specific application, a used technology or a project are examples for a Fact Sheet. Within a Fact Sheet you can keep all information together and see the dependencies within your IT landscape.
A user in LeanIX can create, modify and delete Fact Sheets. A viewer on the other hand can only see the information in Fact Sheets and reports. Both can use collaboration functions like commenting or subscriptions (if available in the selected edition).
A LeanIX workspace is the logical group of Fact Sheets, users and viewers. Usually a company uses exactly one workspace for their EAM activities. But there are use cases, in which more than one workspace is used. For example for different organizational units or subsidiaries it can make sense to have multiple parallel workspaces.
Thanks to a modular pricing system, the editions can be extended to your needs. For example: You can buy additional Fact Sheets, users or viewers to your edition. Please get in touch with our support team. We are happy to work out an individual offer for you.
You will receive a request for a short Web-Conference from our support team. In not more than 30min we give a brief introduction to the system and hand-over your demo workspace. You can then invite colleagues into your private workspace to get some hands on experience. No credit card is necessary for sign-up.
Prior to the end of the trial phase you will receive an email from the LeanIX support team. You can then decide out of one of our editions. Your trial account then turns into a productive account and all your settings and data can be used further on. If you decide not to use LeanIX after 30 days, your account becomes invalid.
