1 Prize draw
The prize draw is conducted by LeanIX GmbH (“LeanIX”). If LeanIX uses social networks for the promotion or execution of this prize draw, the respective social networks are not involved in the execution and LeanIX remains responsible. Any questions, suggestions, or complaints shall be addressed to LeanIX . By entering the prize draw you commit to comply with the conditions presented and agree to the terms and conditions of the prize draw. The prize is not disposable. Cash withdrawal is just as excluded as any recourse to courts or law. The responsibility for the potential payment of tax is accepted by the participant. If the winner doesn’t contact LeanIX within 21 Days after announcing, LeanIX reserves the right to annul the prize. Participation in the prize draw is neither bound to the costs, nor to the purchase of goods or services.
2 Sequestration from the prize draw
Associates of LeanIX and their relatives are barred from participation. In the case of a breach of terms and conditions or of technical manipulation, LeanIX is permitted to disqualify contravening participants. As consequence, prizes may subsequently be revoked and reclaimed.
3 Early termination of prize draw
LeanIX reserves the right to terminate the prize draw at our sole discretion if there are compelling reasons under which continuing this prize draw would otherwise be unreasonable for LeanIX at any point in time with no notice and without giving any reason.
4 Privacy
LeanIX will only use the provided email addresses to contact the winner of the raffle. In all other respects, the LeanIX Privacy Policy applies
