What are the costs to participate in the event?: Participation in the summit is free of charge. However, you will need to cover your own travel expenses and, if applicable, accommodation costs.
Will my registration be confirmed immediately?: No, once you’ve registered, we need to check your information. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as we have approved you.
How long will it take for you to check my registration?: Please allow us at least 24 hours for this.
I want to attend in person. Where can I stay?: You have the opportunity to stay in one of our reserved rooms at the Fairmont Hotel Austin at a preferential rate.

After your registration has been processed and confirmed, we’ll send you an email with a link to book your room.
Where will the summit take place?: The summit will take place in 101 Red River St, Austin, TX 78701, United States.
My registration on SAP LeanIX was unsuccessful. Can I register via SAP Signavio?: No, because SAP LeanIX and SAP Signavio are coordinating all registrations.

Can I cancel my registration?: If you can no longer attend the summit, we kindly ask you to notify the SAP LeanIX and SAP Signavio Global Events team (SAPLeanIXandSAPSignavioEvents@sap.com) so that we can offer a spot to potential participants on the waiting list.
When can I see the agenda?: Soon. We are working on the lineup of speakers and sessions that will make up the agenda and you’ll be able to see it towards the mid of June.
Last year, I was able to live stream the keynotes. Will there be the same offer this year?: No, there will be no live stream this year. We have realized how important the personal connection with the participants is and are fully focusing on the on-site experience. Therefore, there will be no live stream this year. Some sessions will be recorded and made available on demand. More info coming soon.
