Is AI agent hub a standalone solution?
AI agent hub and the associated meta model extension are optional features in SAP LeanIX Application Portfolio Management. As a result, the hub is available to all SAP LeanIX customers.
How is AI agent hub priced?
AI agent hub follows the same pricing model as our Application Portfolio Management product, which is based on the number of applications in a customer’s inventory. AI agents added to the inventory also count towards a customer’s application quota in APM, however at a 5:1 ratio. Five AI agents are equal to one application in a customer’s APM subscription.
From which AI agent building solutions can I discover AI agents?
SAP (captures pre-built and custom-developed agents on Joule Studio); Google Agent Engine; and Microsoft Entra ID (captures agents built on Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry).
Will custom-developed AI agents be discoverable?
Yes, we provide a REST API that you can send the agent cards to, based on the A2A protocol. Please see this help portal document for more information.
Does AI agent hub focus only on AI agents?
Besides AI agents, we will also soon capture MCP servers. Please review this roadmap item on this topic for additional information.
Plus, learn more about the MCP server for SAP LeanIX solutions here
Is AI agent hub compatible with non-SAP environments?
Yes, via open API. SAP LeanIX is committed to meeting the needs of our customers regardless of vendor or platform.
How is data secured?
It is hosted on Microsoft Azure with enterprise-grade security. At no point is data in SAP LeanIX used to train large language models (LLMs).
Is there a roadmap of additional feature enhancements for AI agent hub?
All roadmap items are publicly available for review on the SAP LeanIX roadmap.
