I’m Guido and I work as an Engineering Manager at LeanIX.
Growth hacking is definitively a hot topic right now. You just need to count the blog posts that offer you the ultimate top 10 hacks to finally be successful. There is nothing wrong with growth hacking in its original sense, namely rapid iteration to find traction. However, there is a lot wrong with only hunting after quick fixes in B2B growth marketing. Sustainable growth in B2B businesses follows fundamental principles which you cannot cut short.
Bonn is one of the 20 largest cities in Germany and mainly known as former capital and birthplace of Ludwig van Beethoven. Our office is located in Bonn Gronau next to the beautiful Rheinaue park.
Who are you and what do you do at LeanIX?
I am the US headquarter of LeanIX and I may be the smaller one of the two offices, however we have a great view of the city, beer-after-work parties, along with frequent snacks and drinks provided.
Personally, I feel fortunate that I had the opportunity some years ago to discover my professional passion. What gives me even more satisfaction, is the fact, that I have the opportunity to develop my passion for a company like LeanIX.

Nikolas Glaser, working student engineering. I am studying for a masters degree computer science at Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg.

I’m Patrick and I’m a Full Stack Developer at LeanIX. I started as a Frontend Developer using AngularJS and React.

I’m Simon. I am VP Global Sales Operations and Enablement at LeanIX.
Who are you and what do you do at LeanIX?
Regional Sales Director North-East at LeanIX Inc. in Boston. I support the growth of the US market and overall company sales strategy.
