Involving everyone in the Enterprise and encouraging them to contribute their knowledge about Business and Technology is the key to a successful EA Practice.

Make Your Repository a Wiki with Ease

  • Subscriptions and Comments
Involve Owners and Users to enrich, interact and discuss how to better support the business with technology.
  • Intuitive User Experience (UX)
It’s got to be easy for stakeholders of all backgrounds to work within LeanIX to ensure it gets used a source of truth — so that’s exactly what we did.

Get updates and insights from the right stakeholders directly into LeanIX with configurable surveys that are sent out via email.

1. Gap Analysis

Identify missing data regarding specific scenarios or Use Cases.

2. Design

Create a Survey just by dragging and dropping Fact Sheet fields or whole sections, checkboxes, radio buttons and even complex calculated fields right onto the questionnaire.

3. Run

Send the survey to those subscribed to a Fact Sheet, whether as “Responsible” or another subscription role, and the selected respondents will receive an email and enter the missing data in an intuitive form in their browser.

4. Update Fact Sheets

All returned information arrives automatically to Fact Sheets. Once recipients have saved the form, data is stored into the relevant Fact Sheets to avoid manual copy and pasting.

Ensure Data Accuracy with Quality Seals

Whenever users change Fact Sheets, a Quality Seal will break and trigger notifications for secondary reviews.

In these cases, those responsible for the given Application’s Fact Sheet will be contacted to inspect the new changes. All of which to improve the accuracy of the Fact Sheet and ensure that LeanIX remains a reliable source of truth.
