Application Portfolio Management Fundamentals
Excel Import/Export
Select the columns in LeanIX for the Fact Sheet Type that you'd like to import.
Download an Excel Template from LeanIX already built for inserting and importing your data.
Fill the Excel Template with all data (and meta-data) regarding the specific Fact Sheet Type.
Import the file with the populated data to safely preview the information. If everything checks out, put it to production.
Edit data sets directly in the LeanIX Table View with the same perks that Excel offers. Pull-downs to fill-up, copy and pastes, data validation, tagging and so much more.

This Report displays lifecycle information from Fact Sheets in a Burndown diagram. In the initial configuration, for example, it shows the lifecycle transitions of Applications in a specific time frame. From the Burndown, the actual phase transition of an Application can be determined in addition to the various transitions.
