Among other things, he was the global CIO of the logistics division of DHL and member of the Supervisory Board of DHL internal IT service provider. As Head of the Corporate IT Office under the Executive Board Member Frank Appel, he was in charge of the renewal of the Group's IT structures towards a demand-supply-split. Before founding LeanIX he was Managing Director of a consulting company. His breadth of IT management experience positions him as an interesting challenger and coach. Drumming is his passion after his family and his job.
has worked for multiple years as a Management Consultant in a leading Inhouse Consulting Company before he founded LeanIX. As a Consultant he advised CIOs and IT leaders on strategic topics, such as IT Complexity Reduction or defining service and cost models for global data centers. During his studies of Information Science in Muenster and Montpellier he has worked as a freelancer creating modern Software-Architectures for both startups and large enterprises. He is an ambitious athlete who loves tennis and running.
